Job Description
- Identify, designing and executing research strategy
- Conduct research on multiple aspects of products and experiences to gain insights and improvement.
- Translate research result into actionable items to improve and iterate the product
- Continuously do benchmark with competitor/similar product
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager & Product Designer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor in psychology/design/human-centred design or relevant field
- 2-3 years experience working as a UX/product researcher or similar role
- Experienced with quantitative & qualitative methods, including: in-depth interviews, focus group discussion, concept testing, usability testing, heuristics evaluation, diary studies, etc.
- Ability to design, execute, analyze and synthesize research independently from start to finish.
