Integrated Risk Policy Analyst  

This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Integrated Risk Management Department Head in the development and implementation of the financial conglomeracy group’s integrated risk management function.

The candidate will actively engage in monitoring the performance relative to risk-taking and limit adherence, including:

• Proactively participate in ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
• Monitor adherence to the Risk Appetite Statement and the Group Recovery Plan, key risk triggers/limits
• Responsible to prepare regular and ad hoc risk management reports for seniors and Board members
• On-going follow-up of new release of regulatory requirements and new policies
• Periodically review the group / affiliated companies’ risk policies
• Review and giving advisory to the group / affiliated companies in developing risk mitigation standards and processes
• Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company and the group / affiliated companies

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any of following discipline: Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics/Industrial Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably from policy and regulation / integrated risk management areas
• Fair understanding about financial institution policy and regulation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to work under pressure with strong team work spirit
