Job Description
- Create and maintain performance marketing on Facebook Ads & Google Ads (Search & Discovery)
- Executing A/B test, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROAS
- Assist to manage paid campaign budget and ensure that we are allocating spend optimally across digital channels
- Contribute to campaign performance reports, using data to tell stories, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Doing experiments with creative, audience data, platform, placement, content, keywords, etc
- Collaborate and work closely with SEO team, Product Development, Brand Managers and IT to achieve optimal digital campaign
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from all major, preferably with the experience of attending Digital Marketing training or courses
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google & Facebook Ads
- Having certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, or equal is a plus
- Understanding basic SEO is a plus
- Fluent in English, both of oral and written
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Microsoft Excel or similar data processing tool
- Team spirit, positive attitude, eager to learn
- Creative, strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
