Job Description
- Reports directly to the CTO Consultant
- Receives and organizes all the MIS-related concerns from the different departments of AH&R
- Keeps track and manages the CTO’s schedule of activities, meetings and other schedules related to AH&R MIS operations
- Sends inter-department correspondence when the CTO is not in the office upon CTO’s approval of the message/correspondence
- Communicates with the different vendors, service providers and suppliers for MIS-related projects and initiatives
- Handles calendaring and scheduling for MIS support staff to ensure appropriate delivery of technical services to users
- Schedules meetings for information technology / MIS staff
- Collects and arranges information needed for events and projects
- Creates and distributes correspondence such as letters, memos and email announcements for the purpose of informing users of information technology events taking place within the company
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from to time to time
