Job Description
- Manages the Information Technology Department Operations concerns and implementations
- Spearheads new operations and/on network implementations
- Works closely with the project managers, third party vendors, contractors in deploying new projects, infrastructures and systems
- Lead the installation team towards successful project delivery of networks, system and infrastructure
- Maintain high standards of netowrk/internet connectivity by closely monitoring adherence of the different providers to Service Level Agreements and coordinates closely with Telco and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for all properties
- Provides technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Works with other Department Heads in the planning, implementation and migration/upgrade of legacy applications
- Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems related to networks and systemsPerforms other duties as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Must have solid experience in deploying large databases (centralized /distributed), server installation and configuration
- Must have strong knowledge on hardware technologies related to IT security, network and hardware infrastructure
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Can start immediately
