Job Description
- Ensures the safe and efficient operations of the Water Park and its attractions.
- Implement guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by the Astoria Resort and Palawan Water Park.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Water Park
- Handle recreational activities inside the Water Park
- Monitor that the following are always well maintained and are in good condition: Gym Area, Activity Area, Swimming Pool, Water Sports Equipment
- Coordinate and works closely with the Engineering Team for any defects or rectification work
- Manage the duty roster, Recruits, Hire, Train, and evaluate Water Park Staff
- Monitors weekly and monthly expenses and takes appropriate action if necessary.
- Performed other tasks assigned by the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- With 2-years work experience in the same capacity
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
- With good interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with an eye for details
- Willing to be relocated in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan
