Job Description
- Enforces Health and Safety Standards
- Performs Emergency Response Team duties as required
- Carries out work in accordance with the Hotel Facilities Maintenance program
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
- Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts;
- Work shifts if required (i.e. in cases where Staff are sick or for business requirements)
- Manage and administer all work orders received
- Assists in the preparation of all administrative reports
- Performs safety and security briefing to the engineering staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have strong personality and can work under pressure
- With previous experience of managing relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Willing to work longer hours, shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
- Can start immediately
- Willing to be relocated in Palawan
