Job Description
Responsible for:
- Distributing and keeping track of job orders requested from the team
- Guiding and providing feedback to improve developer output
- Understanding project objectives and giving proper direction
- Crafting original content and ensuring high-quality output
- Making sure that the team observes proper behavior and follows company rules and regulations
- Creating effective systems that can improve team workflow
- Being able to fill-in any developer spot/s during tight deadlines
- Assisting in planning and execution of multimedia initiatives
- Keeping up with the latest trends in design, marketing, and technological improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Well versed in all aspects of multimedia (eg. illustration, graphic design, web design, UI/UX, photo editing, video editing, animation, etc.)
- Experience in handling a team of developers
- Has a high level of aesthetic standard when it comes to all multimedia output
- Enjoys dynamics and highly versatile in different types of multimedia platforms
- Highly proficient in the latest digital media programs and software
- Well versed in the different digital image formats and compression processes
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Has a keen sense and eye for detail
- Passion for the craft and constantly motivated in producing high-quality output
- Receptive to constructive criticisms and improvement
- Able to communicate and collaborate with other members of the team
- Can work diligently and efficiently without constant supervision
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and under pressure
- Practices proper work ethic and conduct
