Customer Service Representative | Multinational Bank  

The Contact Centre Officer role within contact centre are trained to provide high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact and mentors peers to achieve the same. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to appropriate contact channel for resolution.

• Responsible for achieving individual targets and or sales goals whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
• Responsible for any prevent any loss or lapses that may lead to financial & reputation risk of the bank
• Improve customer satisfaction by resolving customer's issues and concerns
• Take a key role in the transformation of SG contact centre into a leader in the contact centre industry
• Support building of a unified team by collaboratively working with other teams of contact centre and stakeholders
• Maintain the team's adherence to confidentiality and privacy in all applications, information and circumstances where it is required
• Ensure all services delivered comply with the company's strategy, policies, processes & standards & with external regulatory requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): contact center, customer-centric orientation, good communication skills, pleasing personality, Financial Support.

• At least 6 mos to a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Banking experience would be an advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City. (MDC Bldg)
