Job Description
- Technical Training - Subscriber Line Installation and Repair (Wired and Wireless)o Safety Starts with Me
- Performs all logistic requirements related to training: Leaders on the scheduled training
- Prints training handouts and materials
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs,
- Cascade newly introduced technologies, products, and services as necessary
- Database management
- Shadowing activities (field work)
Minimum Qualifications
- Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) Graduate or equivalent
- At least 1-year work experience in related field
- Can confidently speak in front of ‘medium to large sized’ groups of people
- Preferably with driving skills and non-pro driver’s license
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
