Job Description
Analytics / Data Management - Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating with Data Enablement for capture, data analysis and data delivery. Accountable for the analysis and delivery of all regular and adhoc reports which will help business in the decision making process or support business operation. This includes but is not limited to :
- Target Achievement
- Call Success Rate
- Conversion Rate
- Flow Through Rate
- Pipeline Status
- Named List Penetration Rate
- Engagement Rate
- SFA compliance
- Channel Mix
- Product Mix
- Ensure mindshare of new insights and trends happening across the business and engages with other BCFUs within Globe that have regular interaction with customer to formulate insights. Interact with other analytical groups for sharing of best practices
- Engage with stakeholders / customers in making them understand every report, ensure buy-in with the proposed KPIs & template. Understand clearly the business and various processes associated with it. Immerse with business groups into various discussions and reviews for further improvements on deliverables and changes in the process of capturing, analyzing and delivering KPIs, reports and templates for the customer.
- Validates the Acquisition Revenue and GSR Performance of Each AM ensuring that the data used for the computation of the sales incentive per salesman and their respective Immediate Superiors are correct. Computes for the Corresponding Performance against the Sales Incentive Scheme KPIs. Generates regular reports pertaining to the performance of the sales teams.
- Generates Weekly run rate report /forecast of sales performance to be presented during the weekly mancom.
