Job Description
- Develop an end-to-end solution and service design based on business user requirements, traffic forecast, standards & best practices for Voice, Messaging and VAS
- Business single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for network related service design
- Provide support to Business and Product for their technical consultation during ideation or conceptualization
- Develop & deliver Solution Estimates in accordance to agreed SLA & resource bandwidth for business casing
- Develop & deliver Solution Plan (High Level Design) to trigger implementation of the project
- Support LLD (Low Level Design) creation to ensure it is aligned with the requirements and oversee/monitor project development & delivery
- Develop Strategies to enhance (and retire) services
- Set standards and policies for services (for Design, Monitoring, KPIs, KQIs)
- Provides expertise in identifying gaps and processes and formulate solutions
- Carry out systems re-engineering of existing process
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer
- Participate in internal and external projects as required
- Possesses oral and written communication skills that will enable him to coordinate with both technical and non-technical teams in conducting presentation and training on integrated network plans, network resource and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network planning, engineering, design and architecture. Broad experience in cross-domain architecture. Expertise in Mobile and Fixed Networks, BSS and OSS
- Strong background in Network and IT solution architecture
- Experienced in several hardware, software and application environment
- With experience in managing a team of individuals with same or varied interests
- Ability to work well in a team environment and work with others to provide the best solutions for clients and customers
- Excellent time management, decision making, and presentation
Level of Knowledge
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering (BSECE)/EE/CoE/IT Graduate
- With in-depth of knowledge of BSS/OSS solutions and a working understanding of the Wireless/wireline network
- Relevant training] Messaging, VAS, CS/PS Core, IP, Access, Transport, BSS, and OSS
