Job Description
- Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process.
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers.
- Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates.
- Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics & industry benchmarks.
- Function as in-house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment & staffing.
- Effectively support multiple client needs & manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles.
- Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- At least 2 years technical recruiting experience
- With good communication and technical skills
