Job Description
- In-charge of leads generation and conversion thru various talent sourcing channels by employing strategic techniques that are in-line with current recruitment trends.
- Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads thru external relations
- Manage internal and external job postings thru online channels, academic linkages, bulletin boards, and other relevant channels and effectively generate and convert leads
- Screen, assess, and invite qualified candidates accordingly for the improvement of applicant traffic.
- Ensure the effectiveness of various sourcing channels to maximize hiring costs Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Recruitment experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good communication skills.
