User Experience (UX) Analyst  

• Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business/audience.
• Conduct research on usability and customer experience.
• Clarify requirements and segregate them into functional and non‐functional categories.
• Present solutions, ideas and recommendations that serves the requirements.
• Document the discussions, concepts and the finalized scope.
• Create designs that align with the user needs.
• Prepare mockups, prototypes, wireframes and interaction diagrams.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of the screens.
• Conduct testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordance with the scope.
• Continuously research and strive to understand audience needs better and improve the existing systems.
• Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing.
• Be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.
• Put users at the center of a design, to make it simple, easy to use and good looking.
• Be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers.

• Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture, and human factors.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other UI development tools.
• Understanding of graphic designing and UI designing concepts.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects at once.
• Documentation and articulation skills.
• Innovative and creative outlook.
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
• Excellent team working skills.
• Verbal communication skills, as you present your research findings and the reasons behind your design decisions.
• Strong written communication skills are also vital as you may be involved in writing copy for the website.
• Creativity and innovation, to come up with new ideas.
• Enthusiasm for design and technology is important
