1. Assists in the preparation of templates for department-level manpower requirements.
2. Supports in extracting historical information and generating cost assumptions as input to cost simulations.
3. Compiles and consolidates information submitted by the different departments for the the review and analysis of corporate requirements.
4. Performs preliminary quality control and analysis of variances of budget submissions.
5. Creates reports on corporate manpower and services requirements as well as their corresponding costs.
6. Assists in the uploading and extraction of the manpower budget; validates the costs loaded into the system against requirements of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel Macros.
- Experienced in financial analysis and/or manpower planning.
- Has keen attention to detail.
