Job Description
- Prepares the Project Management- related sections of the Technical Implementation Plan (TIP) for ERP projects involving SAP and other enterprise solutions
- Executes request for proposal (RFP) processes
- Briefs the relevant support teams (e.g. NTG, ISG, ESD Team) to align objectives of the project, make them understand their role, deliverables, and timelines
- Manages and directs execution of SAP and ERP projects to ensure activities are completed as planned
- Monitors and controls projects’ performance against baseline (in terms of cost, time, and scope)
- Monitor the System Acceptance Testing (SAT) in collaboration with QA and technical support teams
- Leads the actual cut-over (e.g. for technical troubleshooting, for go-no go decision making)
- Prepares close-out report
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-8 Years of work experience in implementing credit and billing related projects preferably in Telco, IT and project implementation and support
- Preferably with Sybase Power Builder, ASA/ASE and MS SQL project development experience
- Preferably with batch scripting (DOS, UNIX, Perl), SFTP/FTP and API implementation experience
- Preferably with Point of Scale(POS) and back-end payments business process skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
