Job Description
- Provides and coordinates install/restore services for WiFi and related services remotely.
- Liaises with other internal working parties to solve any issues that arise or reported.
- Creates FAQs based on common escalated issues using available research tools.
- Documents all interactions in Case system
- Creates MOP for Special Projects as required & Undertake projects or assignments as required
- Provides on-the-job training to staff and contractors for proper installation based on recurring escalated issues
- Provide Remote support for both commercial and consumer products to field staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience as Helpdesk or Technical Support
