Job Description
The Contact center Officer role within contact center are trained to provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact and mentor peers to achieved the same. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to appropriate contact channel for resolution.
- Responsible for achieving individual targets and or sales goals whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
- Responsible to any loss or lapses that may lead to financial and reputation risk of the bank
- Improve customer satisfaction by resolving customer’s issues and concerns
- Take a key role in the transformation of SG contact center into a leader in the contact center industry
- Support building of a unified team by collaboratively working with other teams of contact center and stakeholders
- Maintain the team’s adherence to confidentiality and privacy in all applications, information and circumstances where it is required
- Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group strategy, policies, processes and standards with external regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Vocational Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): Excellent Communication Skill
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Salary range from Php18,000 – 28,000
