Job Description
- Monitor SLA of the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Transact and converse well with the proponent and the team.
- Be proactive in monitoring performance of the team (Skill alignment, etc).
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of ECE.
- Experienced TL or PM of an MS set up / engagement / team.
- At least 3 years of experience related to the role.
- Has technical knowledge and background on mobile data, fixed data, and other domain in SMD.
- Not really very technical but can understand the SMD team.
- Knows how to answer intelligently.
- People skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Service delivery driven.
