Job Description
- Address and resolve assigned technical assessment in a timely fashion.
- Consult vendor System/Database/Network/Security administrator support for recommended actions and documents resolutions.
- Provide end-to-end communication and closure of technical assessment statuses to immediate supervisor and all concerned parties.
- Provide weekly feedback of all project statuses to the Department Head.
- Execute operationalization requirements based on project plan on or before the ready-for-service (RFS) date.
- Escalate issues and concerns to department level (whether these issues are internal or concerning other groups within the organization).
- Escalate technical assessment issue to vendor support or Department head for problems which involve other divisions or groups, are high-risk, or are sensitive issues.
- Execute assigned technical tasks during project preparation until project closure.
- Collaborate with external entities (e.g. vendors) on technical issue / filed cases.
- Refine documents prior to distribution to receiving parties (section head, Department head, division head and/or other groups within the organization).
- Document all technical assessment and other needed information for the turnover to operations.
- Provide 24/7 technical support during turnover to operations.
- Provide end-to-end communication and closure of project technical statuses to immediate Supervisor and all concerned parties.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years in IT/ Computer – Network/System/ Database Administrator.
- Advanced understanding of the folowing:
- Different software and database (LINUX, UNIX, , Windows, etc.).
- System/Database/Network/Security Architecture.
- SQL
- Network/security equipment.
- Understands method of procedure about the database changes and implement.
- Heavy knowledge EMS/NMS equipment.
- Strong knowledge in Internetworking (LAN/WAN) technologies.
- Team player.
