Job Description
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with their sales concerns and queries on SG and consumer products.
- Facilitate discovery questions and profile customers.
- Explain and sell all products and services to walk-in customers.
- Offer the right product and services based on business needs.
- Perform product demonstration and offer technical knowledge on the different handset models and SG Solutions product devices.
- Accept, screen, and evaluate completeness of documents received from walkin customers, and Store TPA (inorganic sales).
- Submit application forms and requirements to Partner Store SG SPOC for further checking, evaluation, verification, and approval.
- NOTE: Delivery of handsets/devices and verification of application is not part of an SG Store In-House Expert’s duties and responsibilities.
- Attend to SG aftersales concerns by leading them to the dedicated hotline of SG or to the Store Customer Service counter.
- Be part of the Mystery Shopper KPI of SG.
- Present during scheduled SG Caravans at all times.
- Be at the Shop Area/SG Corner at all times.
- Help or assist as a Traffic Manager, if the need arises.
- Conduct call-out 2 hours a day from stores or Channel Manager database.
- Endorse potential SG walk-in client, referrals from Store DPSIR Database to Channel Manager for visit.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
