Job Description
- Level 1 support Remote Troubleshooting (eg. live tracing, checking of configs, extraction logs
- Method of procedure creation
- Remote implementation assistance
- Policy configuration
- Reply to inquiry
- Health checks and report generation
Minimum Qualifications
- NSE4 (Fortinet Network Security Engineer) Certified
- At least 1 year experience on Network monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule including night shift; this also includes all Holidays.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work in any of the 3 areas: Makati, BGC, and Pioneer
