Job Description
- Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfactions by resolving the customer query at first contact and mentors peers to achieve the same.
- Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to appropriate contact channel for resolution.
- Responsible for achieving individual targets and or sales goals whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
- Responsible to any prevent any loss or lapses that may lead to financial & reputation risk of the bank
- Improve customer satisfaction by resolving customer's issues and concerns
- Support building of a unified team by collaboratively working with other teams of contact centre and stakeholders
- Maintain the team's adherence to confidentiality and privacy in all applications, information and circumstances where it is required
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with Bachelor's College Degree of any business-related course, undergrads will be considered (at least 2nd year college level) with background in Customer Service Support or Contact Center
- Preferably with experience on contact center (Financial Support - assisting loans, account concerns, etc.)
- Very proficient and confident
- Effective listener, excellent customer centric orientation
- Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of telephony/financial systems
- Amenable to work in Eastwood City, Libis
- Can start ASAP
