Job Description
- Required to travel to find new customers or maintain existing relationships
- Service existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
- Look for new sales opportunities and qualify prospects
- Evaluate customer’s needs and financial capabilities and build a good relationship with them
- Manage and negotiate with clients and manage sales of products (FBL)
- Close sales using various methods (door-to-door, presentations, referrals, etc.) to achieve quotas
- Report and provide feedback to TSH / head office through daily call reports, weekly work plans, Squadzip updating, etc.
- Research and report on sales competition
- Meet personal and team sales target per month
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably has a motorcycle
- Willing to do field work
- Willing to be assigned to nearby provinces or areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Filipino or the dialect spoken in assigned territory
- Customer-oriented
- Experience in doing field sales work – going from one place to another to look for potential clients
- Computer/technology literate - knows how to use a tablet and certain programs
- Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
- Self-driven and motivated to reach the targets
- Has initiative and can work under pressure
- Can work with minimum supervision
