Job Description
- Manage a team of delivery van and motorcyle drivers
- Coordinate with dispatch team on the daily, weekly itineraries of the drivers.
- Check daily attendance and ensure punctuality of the delivery personnel
- Monitor productivity and daily output of the delivery personnel
- Prepare productivity and operation reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least vocational or 2 year course graduates
- Required: Experience in managing people's performance and attendance
- Good people relation, leadership and management skills
- Skilled in preparing reports.
- Open to work as a project-based, office coordinator role.
- Work location: Pasong Tamo, Makati
