Job Description
- Provide level-3 technical support to various support teams in client's handling enterprise customers for the following services: L2/L3 VPN, DLL, and Internet.
- Can provide consultancy and analysis on data circuit design escalations by pre-sales team.
- Should also interface with business customers if need arise to solve critical issues escalated to the Tier-2 team.
- Coordinates hardware and software issues to equipment vendors that needed immediate vendor resolution.
- Involved in testing technologies in accordance to existing customer requirements and business cases escalated by the engineering and marketing groups.
- Has basic to intermediate knowledge of SDN/NFV, software skills (Linux, Phyton, etc.)
- Shoud be at least CCNA certified (CCNP is better), with intermediate to advance knowledge of the following technologies:
- MPLS and related services (IP-VPN, VPLS, Point-to-point Pseudowire circuits, traffic engineering).
- Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
- IPv6
- Frame-relay, Ethernet, Point-to-point serial connections (PPP, HDLC)
- Switching technologies (802.1Q, VLANs, STP, RSTP, etc.)
- QoS implementations (LLQ, CBWFQ, traffic-shaping, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ON-CALL DUTIES, 24/7 EVEN AT WEEKENDS
- IT, ECE, EE Graduate
