Job Description
IT Product Design and Development
Job Description:
- Responsible for business analysis & creation of product specifications for software applications.
- Translates business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Ensures the business requirements are clearly translated into product specification, which provides clear scope to the product development and engineering team.
- Works with business users to analyze business functions and processes, developing business requirements documents, process flows, procedural improvements plans, and strategic product and service implementations.
- Coordinate solution workshops, document requirements with sponsors and acquire signoffs.
- Coordinate with users to produce comprehensive test plan and develop user signoff criteria in coordination with Quality Assurance team.
- Hands-on involvement in analysis and documentation of testing results and review with end-users.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- at least 5 years minimum experience as a BA
- preferably with experience in the Financial Service Industry
- must have advanced skills in interfacing with business clients, able to comprehend and document business requirements and as well as develop technical or user process solutions.
- possesses Critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills.
- excelent in planning and organizing
- proficient Personal Communication skills
- Leadership: Influencing, negotiating and delegating abilities.
- Adaptability.
- Tolerant to stressed situations.
