Job Description
- Partner with the IT team to correct IT related issues and/or work on system enhancements and be able to provide full status report on top of priorities
- Responsible for the consistency of data input/output from the scheduling software
- Administration of access right
- Conduct training when needed for new hire
- Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet and intranet systems, network hardware and software
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users and maintain integrity of the network, server deployment and security
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and setting of computers and printers
- Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones
- Broad hands-on knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection system
- Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources
- Ensure the recovery or contingency facilities measures for all the major systems interface
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in healthcare industry an advantage
- Experience in Systems Administration (ERP or equivalent)
- Proficient in hardware troubleshooting (Workstation, Printers, Scanners and any active devices)
- Proficient in Network Management
- Preferably with Server Administration experience
- Preferably with Microsoft SQL knowledge
- Preferbaly inclined with web development but not a requirement (CMS implementation or management would do)
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software
- Good system and network administrator
- Experience in healthcare industry an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good coordination skills
- Flexible and adaptability to change
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
