Job Description

  • Receives all incoming calls and emails.
  • Assesses caller's needs and directs them properly.
  • Documents all incoming and outgoing calls by completing the Call Log and Case Management System.
  • Provides sole management of all requests for assistance services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Able to operatecomputer skills, customer service skills, flexibility with working hours.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Customer Oriented.
