Job Description
- Receives all incoming calls and emails.
- Assesses caller's needs and directs them properly.
- Documents all incoming and outgoing calls by completing the Call Log and Case Management System.
- Provides sole management of all requests for assistance services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Able to operatecomputer skills, customer service skills, flexibility with working hours.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Customer Oriented.
