Job Description


  • Conduct telemarketing and do sales calls/courtesy visits
  • Prepare sales proposals for prospective clients
  • Create sales presentations
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and submit sales report in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process the sales expense report
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information
  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.


  • Provide assistance to facilitators for on-site workshops or training programs
  • Prepare and organize training materials
  • Handle documentation of Company events or training activities and other related programs


  • Welcome and direct visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answers or refers inquiries of clients
  • Prepare and edit correspondences, minutes of the meetings, reports, and presentations
  • Actively participate in scheduled trainings and other developmental programs
  • Attend company meetings and planning sessions
  • Make and handle travel arrangements and other requirements
  • Handle administrative duties to include typing, faxing, emailing, and other clerical needs
  • Establish and maintain trace system/database and pertinent files for the operation of the sales and marketing office.
  • Handle orders and inventory of office supplies/ equipment; Resolve order and inventory problems
  • Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers


  • Work on special projects and other duties assigned as may be required by the position
