Job Description

  • Attends to clients' queries, needs and concerns
  • Handling, screening and forwarding of telephoe calls to different departments concerned
  • Daily audit of telephone operations
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing of emails, documents and correspondence
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain the reception area clean and tidy
  • Other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • With excellent communication and problem solvings
  • Minimum of one year working experience in the same field in a hospitality/tourism related industry
