Job Description
Sales Associates will be deployed in Rustan's Department Store in one of the following locations: Makati, Shangri-la, Gateway Cubao, Alabang Town Center, Resorts World Manila, and NAIA 3.
- Responsible for generating sales through product promotion, push selling, up selling and other marketing techniques
- Provide customers with product information and recommendations
- Monitor stocks regularly to avoid shortage of supplies
- Keeping the selling neat and organized
- Operate within health and safety regulationS
Minimum Qualifications
- With related work experience
- Confident, enthusiastic, and has a positive job attitude
- Organized, resourceful, and proactive
- Keen to details and able to follow store procedures/protocols
- Able to provide a good customer service
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
