Job Description

Sales Associates will be deployed in Rustan's Department Store in one of the following locations: Makati, Shangri-la, Gateway Cubao, Alabang Town Center, Resorts World Manila, and NAIA 3.

  • Responsible for generating sales through product promotion, push selling, up selling and other marketing techniques
  • Provide customers with product information and recommendations
  • Monitor stocks regularly to avoid shortage of supplies
  • Keeping the selling neat and organized
  • Operate within health and safety regulationS

Minimum Qualifications

  • With related work experience
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and has a positive job attitude
  • Organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Keen to details and able to follow store procedures/protocols
  • Able to provide a good customer service
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
