- Develop and Maintain strong follow up system with Bureau of Immigration and Department of Labor for Permits and Visa applications and documents.
- Submit and follow-up on applications, visas, passports and work permits for ATM Clients.
- Coordinate with Bureau of Immigration and RC's regarding the visa processing
- Develop and regularly update tracking sheet
- Research, prepare and follow-up on other Bureau of Immigration and official processes, as necessary.
- Support and maintain communication with other RC's in the office.
- Inform and collect information of any changes that may have an impact on the organization.
- Consistent and accurate liquidation of expenses
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
