- Validate V&I receipts submitted for liquidation and billing.
- Prepares and submits liquidation report for V&I revolving fund advances cash advance
- Monitor V&I Cash Advance to shorten lead time of liquidation
- Immediately course to AP/AM long lead time of V&I liquidation from the release of cash advance
- Immediately course to AR any liquidated V&I reimbursable expenses for client billing
- First point to validate and review DSP Liquidation.
- Immediately course to AP / AM, any cash return or for reimbursement
- Strict implementation of liquidation process and procedure
- Immediately course to AM any unusual and/or identified fraudulent activity
- Receive Invoices from specified suppliers, as first point to review the Invoices received for payment.
- Update 3rd Party / Direct Costs in ATOMS
- Update of Work Order Tracker (Direct Cost side)
- Raise ATOMS invoices (Per agreed process) accordingly
- Distribute gov’t receipts for client billing (close coordination with AR
- Complete relevant client specific documents for Reimbursements
- Prepares Official Receipt (OR) and Acknowledgement Receipt (AR) upon collection.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of BIR Form 2307 from client, if such document is not presented upon collection of payment
- Ready to cover the duty of the Accounts Receivable Analyst in preparing Invoices in his or her absence.
- Implements safety measures to avoid fraudulent activity, both internal and external.
- Provide general accounting assistance relating to receivables, collection and payables whenever needed.
- Assists the Accounting Department with Tax Compliance where needed
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 6 months to 2 years experience in the related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
