- Continually source prospective clients for the Company in order to achieve sales objectives and forecast.
- Meet clients and conduct sales presentations with the objective of making successful sales.
- Conduct sales call on assigned accounts in order to maintain harmonious business relations with them.
- Initiate frequent correspondence with the account in order to express our genuine interest in handling their business. Confirm agreements made during surveys and advise them of the various stages of progress regarding the move of their records/EDP.
- Sign the covering letters for quotations sent to the clients and to ensure that such quotations are sent properly.
- Answer inquiries from individual and corporate entities regarding information management services.
- Tour clients around the company premises and show them the record facilities.
- Visit job sites to check on the progress of services being rendered and to find out whether or not there are problems that need to be attended.
- Visit all existing accounts at least twice a year to gauge their satisfaction with our services using the client satisfaction survey report LAT-QF-BD-03.
- Attend our weekly sales meeting and discuss all sales related matters including receivables from their clients.
- Assist in the business development of EDP Media Vault Storage to include the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
- Conducts analysis and preparation of reports to study process and performance trending.
- Preparation and analysis of data reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 years of sales-related experience
- With outgoing and likable personality
- With passion for selling and strong negotiation skills
- Results orientated
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Davao City; preferably from Davao
