Job Description
- Generates and achieves/over-achieves sales revenue targets and contributes to the achievement of the company’s overall sales revenue targets.
- Develops and maintains strong business relationship with customers, business partners, peers, and managers of agencies and clients’ organization with the view of being able to strategically position the company’s advertising efforts from “top of mind” perspective and be able to maximize opportunities for new business.
- Conducts prospecting for new business in assigned agencies/clients and territories in order to uncover new sales opportunities and additional revenues.
- Conducts market intelligence and generate information thru research and variety of other sources to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepares sales proposals, conducts sales presentations, makes follow-ups and manages the whole cycle of selling and relationship management.
- Conceptualize, manage, and coordinate all aspects of campaign delivery including booking and performance monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in generating sales revenue targets.
- Must be adept in developing and maintaining strong business relationship with customers, business partners, peers, and managers of agencies and clients’ organization.
- Expertise in prospecting for new business and in conducting marketing intelligence.
- Very highly self-driven and has very strong tolerance to thrive in a high-pressure working environment.
- Very highly-creative, challenges tradition and has the ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Excellent oral, written communication skills and possesses effective presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
