Job Description
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, animations and visual designs throughout the full cycle of product design and development.
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design problems.
- Rapidly explore multiple concepts & design variations.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, marketers, and engineers to deliver user-centered designs that support the overall business strategy.
- Create design systems, and maintain and promote style guides, consistency, standards and best practices.
- Remain knowledgeable about emerging UI and UX standards and trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer Science / Engineering graduate or any 4-year related course.
- 2 or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics, and/or mobile devices.
- Must possess strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, sensitivity to typography and color.
- Knowledge in iOS, OS X, Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign, Fireworks, Illustrator and other associated design tools, as well as familiarity with Director (or equivalent), Quartz Composer (or equivalent), motion graphics are required
- Must be knowledgeable and able to use CSS, HTML, JavaScript for application UI design.
- Possess knowledge in various project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodology.
- Familiarity and knowledge of UML, flowcharting, use-case and ERD.
