- Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports.
- Develops and implements data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data system
- Filters and “cleans” data. And reviews computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Works closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or any related course
- 3-4 years combined experience in data visualization, data mining, data analysis, and/or business intelligence/performance
- Strong experience in designing and presenting complex data sets in visually compelling formats
- Experience with extracting data from databases, ideally in an enterprise data warehouse and reporting platform.
- Strong data manipulation, analysis and creation of reports to include financial analysis relevant to the strategies of the business
- Demonstrated abilities in regards to compiling and analyzing detailed marketing and business metrics and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of web analyrics and related software
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL and statistics knowledge is a must
- Experience in developing simple, understandable reports and useful visualizations
