Paralegal / Senior Structuring Services Professional  

Will be part of one of the largest Swiss Private Markets Investment Manager in the world.Be part of this company's Structuring Services team which is responsible for developing investment solutions for institutional and private investors in jurisdictions around the globe. Structuring Operations professionals support the structuring activities and, as such are responsible for establishing and maintaining, through available systems and tools, a comprehensive overview of the firm’s obligations in connection with its investment products, so called Product Obligations and Procedures, as well as the management of product specific data.

The successful candidate will form part of the Structuring Operations team and will provide support in key areas around the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of Product Obligations and Procedures, the firm’s global investment product control systems as well as product data management.

• Identify and evaluate obligations (operational, legal, etc.) in legal documentation of new investment products
• Ensure timely establishment of product obligations in the firm’s product control tool
• Maintain, monitor and update product obligations throughout the investment product’s life cycle
• Conduct analysis of existing investment products with regard to operational and legal aspects and implement changes in the product control tool
• Manage investment product data, including filing of related legal documentation, ensuring correct capturing of data through available systems and tools and enabling broad usability of data
• Maintain broad range of template documentation in relation to investment products
• Cooperate with various teams throughout the firm (investment teams, accounting, treasury, compliance, general counsel office, and others)
• Support the team in the development of existing and new systems and tools as well as in other project related work

• 8-10 years of work experience in financial services, banking or audit/tax/law firm with focus on investment product administration, compliance, legal, regulatory or related activities
• University degree or diploma in legal studies, accounting, business administration or finance
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; logical thinker; persistent; detail oriented
• Strong communication skills; in particular, must write clearly, concisely and persuasively
• Strong desire to learn and succeed
• Excellent English skills
• Leadership qualities; the candidate is expected to lead a team of Structuring Operations professionals in Manila
