Job Description
- Handles inbound and outbound calls provide outstanding customer service and ensure that customer service goals are met.
- Communicate with members, providers, clinic staff, and co-workers.
- Administers schedule addition, changes or inquiries in the appropriate database within required time frames.
- Maintain strict member and company confidentiality.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6-months of BPO experience
- At least 2-years in College
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on a fixed Night-shift
- Willing to work in McKinley Hills, Taguig
