Job Description
- Will be part of the Marketing Service team
- Support fundraising and client relationship management efforts by creating standard marketing materials and templates for the global organization.
- Implement Corporate Identity/Corporate Design (CI/CD) across marketing materials, channels and media
- Creation and updating of brochures, teasers, slide layout templates, reporting layout templates, Christmas cards mainly in PowerPoint and InDesign
- Editing of short movies and video clips used in client communication and for internal education
- Ensuring proper formatting and layout of presentations and client update materials
- Special projects as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of graphic/multimedia design and/or communications related course
- Must have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- With video editing skills (such as Premiere Pro or After Effects)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details and quality
- Preparedness to work under tight deadlines in a challenging international environment
- Positive attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks
- Understanding of the financial industry and interest in private markets is a plus
