Job Description
- Create own team by researching and recruiting Financial Advisors
- Manage and monitor the progress of each Financial Advisor to held them improve
- Train Financial Advisors to conduct Financial Needs Analysis and Recommendations
- Improve and develop selling skills and knowledge on products
- Investment Portfolio Monitoring
- Estate Planning
- Meet sales and recruitment targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a bachelors degree
- No Sales and/or Marketing Experience needed, but is an advantage
- People Management experience is an advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Open to Teaching/Training people
- Able to generate leads/prospects
