Job Description
- Create an own team by researching and recruiting Financial Advisors.
- Manage and monitor the progress of each Financial Advisors to help them improve.
- Monitor Investment Portfolio.
- Meet sales and recruitment plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- With Sales background.
- People Management experience
- Go-getters who will have the freedom to handle their own time.
- Leaders who have the drive to steer of passionate sales progressional.
- Entrepreneurs who have the focus to set and reach targets.
- Challenged and inspired to reach a common goal with their team.
