Inside Sales Account Manager  

• Meets or exceeds assigned sales quota based on revenue targets.
• Must be able to achieve and exceed company and personal sales and telephone activity goals through negotiations and product offerings.
• Build pipeline by actively prospecting and cold calling new clients
• Qualifies potential customers and sales leads through research
• Builds, maintains and enhances client's experience through consultative conversation while asking leading questions and offering superior product knowledge coupled with excellent customer service.
• Maintains contact information of prospects as well as record sales potential and next steps in the sales process.
• Maintains a working knowledge special sales processes and marketing efforts within the sales division.
• Fully competent in product knowledge with ability to communicate value to the clients
• Remains up to date on industry trends.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to take clients through the sales stage process to close the sale.
• Experience in prospecting/cold calling or telephone sales in a B2B environment
• Phone sales or customer service experience with high inbound/outbound call volumes
• Working knowledge Customer Relationship Management software
• Experience in Content licensing and/or digital media
• Experience with Sales Force a plus
• Mandarin or any other Asian language is a plus due to the customer base this role will support
• Must have Sales Consultative experience
