Job Description
- Responsible for the consistent achievement of service levels,; labor cost control and management,;
- Overall implementation of store crew training and development system,; store security,; cash management,; office supplies cost management and administration and store security.
- Achieve consistently high levels of service(customer relations) FSC,; crew training,; manpower planning,; hiring and orientation
Minimum Qualifications
- College Degree in BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration, BS Business Management, BS Commerce, BS Entrepreneurial Management, BS Food Service and Institutional Management, BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, BS Management, BS Marketing, BS Office Administration, BS Computer Science, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Nutrition and Dietetics, BS Tourism.
- Advance Skills in Communication Skills - VERBAL.
- Intermediate Skills in Communication Skills - WRITTEN.
- Advance Skills in Customer Service/Handling.
- Advance Skills in Leadership/People Management.
- Advance Skills in Management/Supervisory Skills.
- With 1 year(s) working experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service.
