Job Description
The Account Manager role is responsible to activate, establish, and sustain a relationship with existing and potential clients. The role also oversees the projects, exceeding customers' expectations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management - activate, establish, and sustain engagements with existing and potential clients, ensuring that the agreed service-level agreements are met and even exceeded
- Operations management - collaborate, coordinate, and develop recruitment strategies with the project managers and recruitment consultants
- Internal stakeholder management - engage with stakeholders to create positive relationship with them by setting objectives and managing their expectations
- Executive search, candidate management - support end-to-end recruitment for C-level requirements across all industries
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment / client interfacing / vendor
- management / account management / sales management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Exceptional relationship management skills
