Job Description
- Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
- Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
- Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
- Support execution of the Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
- Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 or more years experience in SFDC frontend and backend development
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
- 2 or more years experience in translating sales, service and marketing business processes into technical solution designs
- Strong knowledge in SFDC development technologies including advanced Apex (Triggers, Dynamic Apex), advanced Visual Force, Lightning Components, SQL and JavaScript
- Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer II or similar)
