Job Description
A service desk support is expected to be Trained and Equipped to provide technical resolution to store staff and retail partners of Sandbox VR campaign. They should pass the foundation skills training, product-specific training and nesting period before being endorsed to operations.
The essential functions and expectations of this position include:
- Assist with all technical issues being raised.
- Provide prompt service to the store staff.
- Provide the best solutions and set proper expectations to all customers.
- Provide positive customer experience to all retail partners.
- Communicate effectively with station staff.
- Analyze root cause and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain the quality of all their chat communications.
- Follow up pending tickets.
- Create tickets properly following the standard format.
- Maximize availability during logged in hours.
- Respond well to coaching opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related course
- Vast experience in Technical and/or IT support is necessary
- Experience in the BPO industry and gaming industry is a huge plus.
- Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and employees through all available mediums
- Expertise in technical aspects such as software, hardware and network configuration
- Must possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Able to work onsite at our Makati office
